Dr. Sam R. Morhaim, DDS
A senior partner at Great Neck Dental Associates, Dr. Morhaim is a periodontal surgeon with a primary expertise in implant dentistry. In addition to his work at Great Neck Dental, he was the Clinical Director of the Flushing Hospital Medical Center, an affiliate of New York University Hospital.
He earned his DDS from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine where he received numerous honors including the American Association of Endodontics Award, the Academy of Dentistry for the Disabled Award, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Award. Dr Morhaim’s ties to his alma mater remain strong; he served as the elected chairman of the mentorship committee for the student alumni association. He also co-published a paper on endodontic therapy performed by dental students and led the student outreach program to increase dental awareness in the local community.
Dr. Eric Weiner, DDS
Dr. Weiner, a partner at Great Neck Dental Associates, excels in all phases of general dentistry. His concentrations include cosmetic smile makeovers, and dental implant restoration. Prior to joining Great Neck Dental, he managed a successful solo practice in Fresh Meadows, Queens for sixteen years. Dr. Weiner graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 1990, in the top 5% of his class, achieving certificates of excellence in pediatric dentistry and removable prosthodontics (the fabrication of dentures). He also was one of just a few students selected for an internship at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center’s Facial Architecture Center (F.A.C.E.). Upon graduation, he was accepted to a one-year, post-graduate residency program at Montefiore Hospital/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Weiner was awarded the distinguished Diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2009.

Dr. Stephen Dallal, DMD
Dr. Stephen Dallal is a founding partner of Great Neck Dental Associates. In 1995 he became the first and still-to-date only cosmetic dentist in Nassau and Queens Counties to have received the coveted “Accredited Status” by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Today there are only 299 such Accredited Dentists worldwide! Before joining Bayside Dental and later founding the Mid-Island Dental office in 1985, Dr. Dallal completed a general practice residency program at Peninsula Hospital Center in 1980. He graduated with honors in the top quintile of his class from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1979.
Dr. Robert W. Berg, DMD
Dr. Robert Berg is an alumnus of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After completing a year of general practice residency and three years of specialty training and education at the same institution, Dr. Berg received a certificate in Prosthodontics from Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. He is also an assistant clinical instructor at New York Presbyterian – Weill Cornell Medical Center and is the Prosthodontist on the Craniofacial team on which he lectures to residents and supervises their post-doctoral patient treatment. The Craniofacial Program brings together a team of experts that offer the very best of non-operative and surgical treatment for children with congenital or acquired abnormalities.
He is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, American Association for Dental Research, International Association for Dental Research, and Academy of Osseointegration. He is a fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics and the Northeastern Gnathological Society and is a past president of the New York Section of the American College of Prosthodontists and President of the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Alumni Association’s New York Chapter.

Dr. Cary Ganz, DDS, PC
Dr. Ganz is currently on staff and has served as the Co-Chief of Implant Dentistry and the Implant Fellowship Program at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He has also been an owner and Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Dexis Digital Radiography and has been involved with advanced dental technologies for most of his career. Dr. Ganz has also written and published many articles that have appeared in the dental literature, has lectured nationally and internationally on a wide range of topics including Implant Prosthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Lasers, Advanced Dental Technologies and the Internet.
Dr. Ganz is a Member of the American Dental Association, a Fellow in the American College of Dentists a Member of the Academy of Sleep Medicine and has been on the advisory board and consultant to several dental manufacturers. He was Vice President of Clinical Affairs for PlanetDDS, the manufacturer and distributor of DenticonPractice Management Software and DentiRay, digital x-ray system for Dentistry.
As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Ganz specializes in the treatment of complex dental conditions using a wide range of dental modalities including dental implants, full and partial dentures, Invisalign Wireless Braces, and Cosmetic Dentistry. He also has years of experience in managing chronic head, neck and TMJ pain as well as a passion for the treatment of Sleep Apnea using Oral Sleep Apnea appliances. Dr. Ganz’s patients describe him as attentive, professional, experienced, friendly, and thorough. He is also the author of the book, “I Love My Dentist”, which is all about developing and practicing patient-centered care.

I have been treated by both Dr Dallah and Dr Morhaim for over 15 years. Many surgical procedures by Dr Morhaim…all expertly chosen and executed. I never experience pain! I have never been nervous for any appointment no matter how entailed it was! And Dr Morhaim recently trouble shooted a major gum problem of mine and patiently worked with me until I now have beautiful implants! And the actual teeth were compiled expertly by Dr Dallah!
